Scarborough climate - any danger?

For Scarborough climate there is always a danger of a hurricane bearing down on the Island. The hurricane tracks are far of Scarborough but winds can take them anywhere.

Although Scarborough is better adapted to dealing with hurricanes because its people have become used to them and are more aware of their impact. And there are places of substantial elevation.

As part of risk assessment, a computer programme has been devised to “fast forward” time and look at the likelihood of hurricanes of various strengths following historical tracks across the globe.

So tourism is full protected and you can safetly plan your trip.

Scarborough climate - a reason to plan your trip now

Many vacationers looking for a hot time in a tropical paradise will enjoy soaking up the sun in beautiful Trinidad and Tobago. These two lovely vacation spots are the southernmost islands in the West Indies, and they are closer to the equator than the other islands in the Caribbean, which means that temperatures can rise. These sister islands maintain a tropical climate all year long, which makes them the perfect place to vacation almost any time. The tropical temperatures range from moderate to hot on Trinidad and Tobago, and they only slightly vary throughout the year. The islands' climate is moderated by the constant north eastern tradewinds, which keep the temperature at a steamy 84 degrees Fahrenheit during daytime hours. Nighttime temperatures drop to a cool and comfortable 72 degrees Fahrenheit during the night. Tobago's temperatures are slightly cooler than Trinidad's because it receives more of the tradewinds' breeze. Travelers shouldn't worry about the temperatures fluctuating too much because it rarely reaches 90 degrees Fahrenheit, and temperatures rarely dip below 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Trinidad and Tobago have two seasons: summer and winter. The seasons are not as distinguishable by differences in temperature than they are by rainfall, though winter is slightly cooler. The islands experience more rain during winter, or the wet season, which makes the temperatures on the islands cooler than during the drier summer. Wet season falls from June to December, which is also the low tourist season. Most of the country experiences about 40 inches of annual rainfall, which is mostly attributed to short bursts of showers. A little bit of rain shouldn't stop travelers from visiting Trinidad and Tobago during this time of year because showers usually don't last more than a couple of hours, and then the beautiful Caribbean sun comes back out, shining brightly. Hurricane season is during the rainy months, but Trinidad and Tobago are both located below the hurricane belt, and the islands generally experience less storm activity than some of the other islands in the Caribbean. The biggest problem with traveling to the islands during the winter season are the bugs, which tend to be worse during the rainy season. Vacationers should remember to wear plenty of bug repellent while enjoying the islands' gorgeous outdoors. The dry season is from January to May, when weather is colder in northern regions, and travelers come to take advantage of ample sunshine and warm Caribbean weather. The sultry and tantalizing weather of Trinidad and Tobago make these charming Caribbean islands an unforgettable vacationing spot any time of year.
